PRODUCT RETURN / REFUND POLICY

1 Eligibility : Direct Sellercan return/Exchange the product from whom they have purchased the same within 30-days from the date of purchase. They have to provide a valid reason for return of the same and return the products along with the original invoice of the product purchase copy. For customers request for money refund or replacement of products , it is the distributors duty to satisfy the customers needs. Subsequently the distributor can exchange the products from the company within 30-days from the date of invoice and must submit the following at the time of exchange.

(2) Non-Eligibility :

Damages due to misuse of products.
(i) Damages due to misuse of products.
(ii) Incidental damage due to Malfunctioning of products.
(iii) With tempered or missing numbers/batches.
(iv) Defective or damaged products

(3) Refund or Exchange Processing :

Return/Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected. Exchanges will be shipped promptly once the return is approved.

(4) Cancellation of Orders :

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order before shipment, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.
